Returns & Exchanges

At Robin's Jean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale or custom-embellished pieces are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and gold wing emblems are intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of being received at our warehouse.
